Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OnPoint CV (onpointcv.online). By using the service you agree to them.

What the service does

OnPoint CV lets you create a CV with a live preview and, for a one-time payment, download it as a PDF in any of the available templates. There is no subscription. You can use the editor for free; payment is required only to download without the preview watermark.

Payment

OnPoint CV is operated from Algeria. Card payments are processed by SofizPay (CIB and EDAHABIA) in Algerian dinars, and we never receive or store your card details. One payment unlocks the CV you paid for in all templates, including free re-downloads after you edit it. Prices are shown before checkout, and the price displayed at the time of purchase is what applies.

For anything to do with an order — a receipt, a refund, a download that did not arrive — email support@onpointcv.online and a person will answer.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you put into your CV. You're responsible for making sure it's accurate and that you're allowed to use it. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and render your CV so we can provide the service. Don't use the service for anything unlawful or to impersonate someone else.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. A CV is tied to the browser session it was created in; if you pay, we email you a link so you can get back to your download from anywhere. Keep that email.

Refunds

Because you can preview your CV fully before paying, purchases are generally final — but we deal with problems fairly. See our refund policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the service falls to the competent Algerian courts. This does not affect any right you have under Algerian consumer protection law that cannot be set aside by agreement.
