Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your CV. Because you can preview it in full before paying, most questions are answered before any money changes hands — but here's how we handle refunds.

Preview before you pay

Every template shows your real CV, with a watermark, for free. Check the layout, wording, and language you want before you buy. The paid download is the same CV without the watermark.

When we'll refund

If something went wrong — you were charged but couldn't download, the file was broken, or you were double-charged — email support@onpointcv.onlinewith your order number and we'll fix it or refund you. We'd rather get you a working CV, so tell us what happened.

When we generally won't

Because the product is a digital file you preview fully before buying, we generally don't refund simply because you changed your mind after downloading. Refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and processed to your original payment method.

How to ask

Email support@onpointcv.online with the order number from your receipt. We aim to reply within a few business days.
